My new pc has no beep, bios or nothing. PLEASE READ!!!! :(

I made a new pc 2 days ago i seated and installed everything together and i got 4 beeps. I left it till the morning to dix it due to being exhausted. I replugged the mobo power, gpu power and reseated ram now the mobo turns orange for a sec and pc turns off and on.

Please help!!!!!

I have. 750 watt rosewill photon gold, x99 gu4 gygabyte mobo, 780 geforce gpu, i7 5820k cpu and ddr4 8gb 2400 mhz.

Update i reseated everything yet still the orange flicker with just cpu fan, and back fan getting power also gpu

4 beeps mean system timer failure.
There is a problem with one or more of the timers used by the system to control functions on the motherboard.
Diagnosis: This is usually a motherboard failure.
But before we begin diagnosing your PC first i will need some more information.
When you turned your PC on for the second time did anything start? ( Fans, Leds and so?)
Also please tell the components as it says on their boxes. I cannot find anything about your "gu4 gygabite mobo".
