I am new to gaming on the PC, I've decided to get a PC instead of a new console because of all the good things I hear about PC gaming. But I have never built or even had a gaming PC before, so I will need some help. I am looking into buying parts to put it together myself, because people say it is usually cheaper, and it looks fun. If anyone knows a list of parts that I can order so I can put it together, please tell me. I am looking for something around $400-$700, and I would like to be able to play some of the newer games on it like The Evil Within, Far Cry 4, Dying Light, and some of the older games like Metro Last Light, Dead Island Riptide, Skyrim, and other PC games like Chivalry Medieval Warfare, Minecraft (with and without mods) Terraria, and other games. I would also like to be able to play with at least a stable 40 FPS without lagging, and be able to play on medium or high settings. I saw a build on YouTube that looked pretty good, but I am not sure if there is a better one for the same price or cheaper, so check this one out too, please tell me if this one is good for what I am looking for or if you know better for cheaper or the same price. So if you know any builds that look good for what I am looking for, please tell me, thank you!

Don't trust that guy... he has mediocre builds in his videos and the one you posted is outdated. If you could give me the budget you would be most comfortable buying instead of a $300 difference in price range, I could post a build. Also tell me if you need Windows included in the price of the build.
