I have a 32g transcend sd card but available spac is only 125mb and I can't open it anymore nor device can read the files. pls

Laptop I'm guessing? So the first thing you can do is to check that the card is not set to ''lock'' If it is unlocked, you can then download the drivers for the laptop sd port.
OR
Right click Computer>manage>storage>disk management>and select sd card. I would suggest opening or exploring. keep me posted.
