Solution
Something definitely is wrong, try reseating your RAM modules, if still nothing, try to boot with only 1 stick of RAM, gives us your full pc specs so we know with what we're dealing.
try clearing your CMOS, afterwards try to get into BIOS to check if your HDD and RAM are getting properly recognized, also monitor your CPU temps, at this point it could be many things causing that issue so lets first ensure stable temps and that components are getting properly detected.

Try booting with only 1 stick of RAM, if it doesn't work, try another (if you have more than one).
