Which Build is better for Gaming

Solution
1440p would be my choice however get a better cooler than Hyper 212.
Added a 750W and A full tower if you want to SLI in future.
But if no plans for SLI then that money better be spend on even better cooler.

the 4k one has better graphics card but 1440p monitor has better refresh rate...i would say that you change to 980x graphic card for the first gaming setup(in your first option it is 970)
