I have come across a serious issue with Steam on my PC. When I try top launch the steam exe. file I am met with a grey box which states that I am "unable to connect to the Steam network. "offline mode" is unavailable because there is no Steam login information stored on this computer. You will not be able to use Steam until you can connect to the Steam network again".
I have tried multiple reinstalls however I have had no success. My internet connection is fine, as is my Steam login. Does anyone have any idea of what is going wrong?
