will we get thermal paste when we buy new amd fx 3600 processor

need advice on my first build and

The stock heat sink will have thermal paste already applied and it will work just fine if you plan on using the stock heat sink, which is just fine too unless you are planning on trying some big overclocks later. Then I would suggest a better aftermarket cooler and aftermarket thermal paste as suggested by the above poster. If you do want to buy and use your own thermal paste, be sure to clean the pre-applied paste off of the cooler completely before you proceed. Be sure to research the correct method, and proper amount to apply, this is VERY CRITICAL to get the best performance from your cooler.
Assuming it's a retail CPU it should come with it's thermal paste already applied in the heatsink.

I'd strongly suggest to get another G.skill Ripjaws X 4GB (1 X 4GB) DDR3 1600MHz Desktop RAM to have 8GB of RAM, current games eat up easily 4-6GB of RAM so you'll suffer from stuttering every time the games use the virtual memory if you stick with only 4GB.

You should be able to play games at low/mid settings depending the game.
