I need help upgrading my PC,
What do i upgrade to be able to play higher end games, Not on max settings, but just Medium end.

and cooling by the looks of that image--it says your cpu is 95c

should also check what psu you have before upgrading

not sure,,only place i have seen medion pcs is in aldi

No luck there, but i've searched the internet and people are stating that you cannot upgrade the GPU because Medion PC'S have a Internal Graphics card which you are forced to use?

I opened up my PC, and i see that there is something called the Model No for the power supply, (fsp450-60emdn)
AC Input is 230-240V & DC Output is 450W.
