I have tried 2 different ISOs, but it still doesn't go forward. It loads files normally in the beginning.. Any ideas what might be wrong?

Solution M M mniasfreemag Nov 16, 2014 Most likely your netbook has win 7 starter and the ISO you are using is a full WIN 7. They are incompatible with each other.
