When a fan comes with 2 connectors (a Molex and a 3/4 pin), you have the option of plugging it directly into your power supply or motherboard. Plugging it through the motherboard may give you the option to set the speed if you want (if it's 4pin, although I believe 3 pin can be voltage controlled).

Well try using the molex (big 4 pin) coming from your power supply or the fan headers on your motherboard. One or the either.
I mean the one connected from the molex to the cha fans on the motherboard, can you find me a link from newegg? I already connected the PSU to the fans but now I want to connect it to the motherboard. (Refer to the pics again)
Use the molex or the 3/4 pin fan headers on your motherboard. Not both at the same time. Motherboard for possible speed control, molex if you don't mind it running at it's rated speed. If you want to connect the molex to the motherboard, I haven't been able to find any molex to 3/4pin fan headers.
In your first picture, there's a little red/browning connector into the white one, see if you can directly connect the redish brown one to your motherboard.

Wow.. Thanks I never knew that I had to connect only one of the wires not both. That explains why the fan stops each time I try to.. That got me thinking I was using the wrong wires but thanks so much!
