If you mean this computer http://www.amazon.com/Dell-Optiplex-745-Processor-Intregrated/dp/B005VK4RV2
this is a EIGHT YEAR OLD COMPUTER http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2069322,00.asp .

First off the will choke as a old Pent D Dual Core
Second it runs on DDR2 which hasn't been produced in years
Third Windows XP is NOT supported, so getting a 'video card' to work with it will be a issue as they DO NOT provide XP support
Fourth as a SFF with a very low end PSU it is VERY limited on SIZE that FITS inside that case, and you would have to hand measure the space and compare to ANY card you tried to purchase
LASTLY: HARDWARE is ONLY Warrentied for THREE YEARS, this is a EIGHT year old system, ANYTHING can 'suddenly' happen including...

LASTLY: HARDWARE is ONLY Warrentied for THREE YEARS, this is a EIGHT year old system, ANYTHING can 'suddenly' happen including that as soon as you plug in that 750Ti recommended POOF blows the computer PSU just because well, it has been on 'borrowed' time till that moment.

You can't play any games on it since, 2008? and barely even if it was that old a game, considering the low specs here, what are you trying to use this computer for? Your BEST COST EFFECTIVE step would be to instead invest (for general use) on a $249 PC or Laptop from Walmart would be the better investment and SUPPORTED that if anything goes wrong they will fix it. If your looking to game, then you would need at LEAST a i5 based PC, can grab one for around $349 off www.slickdeals.net then buy the 750Ti ($149?? on www.pcpartspick.com) to play LOW end games (2012 and older titles) or replace the PSU (www.pcpartspicker $99 650W PSU) and invest in a proper gamer's card (AMD R9 series, Nvidia 760/770/780 or the current 970/980) starting arounf $399 to as much as $1000 just for the GPU.

If all this is all 'too costly' and you just 'want to play games' then buy a console, no need to worry about hardware, GPUs versions of Windows, nothing. PS3 can play almost ALL current titles (surprising alot ARE made for the PS3!) which is only $149 or grab a nexgen PS4 for $400+ and even better not need to worry about anything else.
