Do they make a liquid cpu cooler that is built into PSU?

Do they make a CPU liquid cooler that you attach to or is part of the PSU? This way you have one fan to cool everything.

Here is a picture of what I'm thinking of:

I thought this would be quiet and cool.
 
Solution
It is often recommended that the radiator fan pulls air from outside into the computer to achieve the best cooling. Even if you decide to have the fan pulling hot air from inside the case over the radiator, you definitely don't want to use the air from the PSU. That is hot air pulled from the rest of the computer by the PSU which then adds a bit more heat of its own. That's definitely going to be pretty useless for cooling the radiator.

Never seen one, and I have seen a lot. But you might be onto something if you are the inventor type. However, in that diagram you are passing warm PSU air thru the already warm radiator. That will lessen the effectiveness of the CPU cooling.
