2x8GB ram installed. windows sees 12, can only use 8 what the heck?

Hi, just having fun got an amd system:

78LMT-USB3
with FX6100
and 2 8GB DDR3 installed.
windows ult.

using cpuid. sees both modules fine.
but windows says only 12 GB is installed.
and more wired only 8GB is usable.

I have disabled Igx card so it wont reserve any ram.
anyone have any idea on this?

Hi, It is Trancend, I dont think is good make. no OC on CPU. the AMD cpu are hard to over clock. it sort of can boot up from the restart but not from the cold start (shut down) this is quite annoying.

tried this setting. it doest solve the 8GB problem. i am gonna shunt down and see how is OC going.
NothBridge Volt control: +0.1V
DDR3 Voltage 1.51V
CPU Voltage 1.53V
CPU NB VID control: 1.33V

no it still can not boot
