CPU Load line (High-Very High)

When im playing games while CPU Load line is on very high i get high termals 62c was max that i let it go then i changed it to High is that afecting the performance of an CPU? i didnt notice it so i ask you if you can help me? Thanks in advance

I think high load is normal during gaming. If the tempatures bother you then the only thing you can do is install a better CPU Cooler and ensure you're computer is getting enough ventilation in general.

i forget to mention that CPU is OC'ed to 4.525MHz and NB is 2460MHz (normal for NB is 2200MHz) temps are ok but after a while it gets hot and it starts to throttle up and down with the load during gaming

And i did not thought about high load in gaming i thought about CPU load line in BIOS in DIGI+ PowerControl i was wondering if i reduce the Very High option to High does it afect the performance of the system? couse less current will go to CPU
