Can I Run Fallout New Vegas

I want to know whether I can play Fallout 3/New Vegas comfortably (Decent FPS, settings). My specs are: CPU: Intel Core Duo 2 E7400 2.8GHz; GPU: Geforce 9500 GT; OS: Windows 7 Professional Build 64 bit; RAM: 6.2gb (can post more specs if needed). I've tried SystemRequirementLab, and it says I have the minimum, but I don't trust it completely.

you can probably run it, just not comfortably, your system is pretty old in general, the processor may still probably be fine for Fallout 3, but your graphics will not be able to keep up, the engine on fallout 3 has a good emphasis on shaders and textures so you'll need something with a bit more oomph
