that system is no good you have a major cpu bottleneck
 
The MSI G46 has had some issues with overheating . Its a repackaged G45 with bigger heatsinks . Best to avoid that board

Gigabyte GA- 970A- UD3P is $75 and its the best 970 chipset board for the price . Massively better than the G46 thats for sure

And no an FX 6300 will not bottle neck a GTX 970 at 1080p resolution
