My Specs:
MSI GTX 780 3 gb vid mem.
AMD 8320 8-core processor
8 gigs of ram.
Windows 7
800 watt power supply
It only seems to lag when looking towards the middle of the map (where the ship is). And while running it will fluctuate between 45-55 fps. It doesn't help if to much if I change my settings to low or ultra, I will always drop to 45 fps in the same spots, or looking in a direction. I think it may have to do with the poor performance of the the cores in the AMD processor, or just a console port to PC.
P.S. I was looking into upgrading my processor anyway, what's a good one for a decent price? Somewhere below $600.
