I'm going to buy a graphics card for CAD. I have narrowed down to AMD Firepro V5900 or W5000. Both have the same price about $479 and have almost same specs. I want to know what is difference between the two and which one should I buy.

The w5000 is a newer architecture and is better. Being different architecture means you can't compare the specs directly, they are very different.
