I built a new PC which includes CPU, motherboard, and a new ssd. I discovered that I wasnt able to install windows 7 in ACHI mode, so I had to switch to IDE mode. I managed to install windows and the achi drivers included with the motherboard cd. But it still wont let me boot in ACHI mode when i switch it in bios, and i still get this blue screen.

Thank you for your answer. I only have one SSD, and i needed to install windows on it first in order to install ACHI drivers. I am not sure what the solution is? Thanks

When i have the setting in bios on ACHI, it allows me to install windows 7 until I get to the very last part where it then says something like configuring devices, or configuring personal settings and then it stalls for a while, eventually giving me an error.
