Sony Vaio netbook no BIOS options anywhere.

I have a Sony Vaio Model SVE111A11W. I want to reinstall Windows 7 on it as it has become bogged down and a reinstall is the easiest option to freshen it up again. However this is proving impossible due to no BIOS option appearing in the Vaio splash screen, or no BIOS option appearing in the assist rescue utility. Surely it hasn't been made impossible to tweak BIOS settings to allow the netbook to start from the USB? That's all I want it to do, and it just seems impossible. Anyone else run into this problem and found a way around it?

Tried that, all it does is starts the rescue utility. It gives no boot options at all only repair wizard, advanced repair options (which contains no options to install an operating system) and restart or shutdown

Tried all the function keys including Esc & Del. None of which provide any desirable result.

Update: Sorry, I managed to sort it out. All I had to do was select a reinstall from the Vaio Rescue menu. It reinstalled the OS, and all of it's OEM software. Which I'd say solved it. My apologies for the late reply, haven't been on here in a while.
