I'm currently using and factory build Samsung Pentium IV computer which is 3.o GHz,2512 mb DDR I Rams, I am hoping to upgrade it to a core 2 duo 3.O GHz.. I want to know that the power supply of my old Pentium 4 will fit to the mother board that comes for core 2 duo perfectly or not?

It has a 24 pin power supply but will it speed enough to cool the core 2 duo which is faster than the Pentium 4 ??
