Solution
So I have made a list of 4 possible ways to connect the front audio. The answers are so broad because there is such little markings on the connectors. They are in the format you wanted. I also said that the ones coming off from the main cable are called ''off spring''(THE ONES WITH THE LETTERS YOU DREW ON) and the ones on the main cable called ''main'' (ONES WITH PRINTED LETTERS)

1-no letter
2-GND
3-G
4-OPEN
5-R MAIN
6-BLACK OFF SPRING
7-NO PIN
8-NO PIN FROM MOBO
9-L MAIN
10-RED OFF SPRING

1-NO LETTER
2-GND
3-G
4-OPEN
5-BLACK OFF SPRING
6-RED MAIN
7-OPEN/
8-NO PIN
9-RED OFF SPRING
10-L MAIN

1-G
2-GND
3-NO LETTER
4-OPEN
5-RED MAIN
6-BLACK OFF SPRING
7-OPEN
8-NO PIN
9-L MAIN
10-RED OFF SPRING

1-G
2-GND
3-NO LETTER
4-OPEN
5-BLACK OFF...

Okay, home now!

So the pin layout should look like this:
o o o x o 2 4 6 x 10
o o o o o 1 3 5 7 9

On different motherboards the connection will differ. Colour coding of wire will definitely differ as well as the names, but the thing that stays the same is the layout.

There are 2 different ways of doing it but this way I used on my old AsRock G41M-VS3 mobo

2 4 6 x 10 GND X Return R O Return L
1 3 5 7 9 MIC-IN MIC-BIAS SPKout R O SPKout L
The GND either goes on 2 or 4, I know it's one of those, the rest I'm 100% sure about.

Your L and R is either SPKout or Return. Don't worry, connecting these on the incorrect pin can't damage the board.

This is going to take some explaining. The motherboard audio connection pins (pins on the mobo) now the audio set looks like this:

O O O X O
O O O O O

Now, what is O and what is X?
O shows that there is a open pin, X shows that there is no open pin and O shows there is an open pin that can take a connector. The X and O does not refer to the connector without the letter.

this is going to be difficult to interpret as your pins have very little info on them. I'm going to have to assume the placement of the pins.
I'm giving them names such as RED MAIN meaning this will come from the bunch and not as ones that spring from the group. I'm hard at work, trying to figure this out. I'm not sure how long I'll take but I will sort it out for you and I will have a few possible solutions.

I hope that it will be one of these solutions. Feel free to let me know if they don't work, I really enjoyed working out this problem, even if it took me the whole day.
