Was thinking of getting a R9 280x for my PC, but afraid my CPU can't handle it. Will it bottleneck? And if so what's the best GPU I can get without it bottlenecking.

Solution
It all depends on the game. Some games, the Pentium will be a beast in and would push any video card. Some games it's going to hold you back no matter what video card you have. Overall, it's pretty decent... great for the price.

I think something like the 270x or GTX760 would be reasonable. I don't think I would want to pair a high end card with it.

The only game i really play is CS: GO and LoL. Do you think I'd be fine running those games? I'm planning on upgrading CPU to i5 4590 or 4690 early next year, but am just planning on using G3258 to hold me till then. I'm buying now so i can get black friday and cyber monday deals but I don't have enough for a good CPU and GPU so I was just gonna get a good GPU now and get better CPU later.

What are the requirements I wanna look out for to see if it will bottleneck? The only game I really play is CS: GO and that's the reason I'm building a PC, do you think that would run fine?

the r9 270x would be a good pairing with it, I wouldn't go any higher personally. The i5 will also pair very nicely with the 270x, for the games you're wanting to play, the haswell pentium will perform very well since it's strong per core
