error after uninstalling catalyst control center

hi, i was installing catalyst control center. but after complete my desktop setting only can display 1024x768. i dont know what to do then I uninstalling catalyst control center from my harddrive, then i restart my pc. but after that there are some error. my gadget panel stop working, the graphic propherties (from right click on desktop) error, it says GfxUI has stoppedworking. and i can play my game, there is popup that the game stopped working.
Please help me how can I fix this? I'm using windows 7 with amd radeon card.

I have intel i3, my graphic card is amd radeon. i try to run dxdiag but then error it says stopped working.
there is an error to trying to check from my computer properties.

all my game using graphic card can't running.

I remember having trouble with Catalyst on my last build and a Nvidia card. I'm trying to remember what happened, but even if I do I don't think I'll have a solution for you. Sorry, I'm still a newb! ha

uninstall gpu? you mean uninstall gpu driver?
catalyst drivers? is that amd radeon gpu driver or catalyst control center software that i uninstalled?
