watching HD movis

Bad GPU. It won't be able to run any of those games properly.

Yes at the very least you want a GTX 650ti or an R7 250X. They are still low-end but certainly better than the GT 730. If you can manage it a GTX 750 or an R7 260X would be *much* better

that card need a 6pin additional power cable right

It does need a 6 pin connector but its power consumption isn't huge. If consider it the bare minimum for gaming at low settings at 1080p.
