first of all: you don´t need 750w power supply for your system configuration ...
600w good quality unit is more than enough for your needs ...

but to answer your question:
antec is of better quality (made by seasonic)
but it has louder and lower quality fan and it is not modular ...

Thanks for the answer. I went with be quiet as it has higher amps on +12v and is quieter. I'm happy with the 730W in case of a future expansion if I wanted to Crossfire with another GPU.
