As I understand the comment, if you're using DDR2-1066 RAM supported by an AM2+ processor, you can only install one RAM module per channel. Since your motherboard has two RAM Channels, Yellow (Channel A) and Black (Channel B) for example. This means you could only install 1 RAM module in a single colored group of RAM slots. So:

Two Yellow Slots means 1 DDR2-1066 RAM Module
Two Black Slots means 1 DDR2 -1066 RAM Module.
