Best Graphics card under Rs 10,000

i want to buy a new graphics card to go with my AMD fx8350 processor n msi 990fxagd65 mobo.. i was thinking about getting AMD Radeon R7260x but now i'm having second thoughts.. is that a good card? if not can you suggest me a good one. my budget is Rs 10,000.

Yes AMD card also best at that price...... but if u can spend little more on better card then go with GTX 750 ti.
