PSU comparison --Which is best

Price being exactly the same, which of those two would you buy and why ?

Both are basically the same quality, I'd go for extra wattage and modular design, Rosewill that is.

Unless you want or need the Modular, I'd recommend the Seasonic. Seasonic has had(and continues to have) one of the best reputations for making PSU's. Rosewill, not so much.

Seasonic is one of the best PSU manufactures around, that model of Rosewill is made by Sirtec which isn't as good. So given the choice I'd choose the Seasonic.

The Seasonic S12II is Tier 2 class A
The Rosewill Hive is Tier 3
