Is SeaSonic 500W enough for Palit GTX 970 JetStream and i5 2310?

My PSU has 408W on 12V line, is it enough? I am not going to OC. My PC:
-Asus P8H61-M LX R 3.0
-i5 2400
-8GB GoodRam 1333MHz CL 9
-SilentumPC Brutus 410
-WD Caviar Green 750GB
-Seasonic SS500ET80+ 500w
