Is everything in this setup ok? Is there anything missing? Will I be able to overlock my cpu to 4.6-4.7ghz?
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s
Cpu: fx 8350
Cooler for fx 8350: cooler master hyper 212 evo
Ram: 8gb ddr3 hyperx
Gpu:gtx 970 amp! Extreme edition
Psu: XFX core edition 750W
Case: MS Dragon industrial
Monitor: LG Flatron w194
HDD: 1tb

At a glance this looks just fine... IT all depends on the quality of the CPU or how cherry-picked it is.. With my old evo i could hit 4.5GHz with that CPU and with my h100i I could hit 4.7/4.8ghz but that runs too hot for my taste.. I'd use the evo to do a 4.4 or 4.5ghz OC but if it can comfortably run 4.6 or 4.7 that works too :D

Nice build though I like it. make sure you get the latest revision of that board (I think its 4.0)
