I have a corsair 64GB USB flash drive that recently stopped working. It has some important files that I can't access. I've plugged it into two different Windows 7 machines and a MAC. They bonk when I put it in the port, and even assign it a drive letter, but I can't get to any of the files on it using any of the computers.

Solution
You didn't back up those important files to a more reliable storage medium? Very unwise.
As the files can't be accessed on three different machines I'd have to say the pen drive is corrupt.
Basically that means it's kaput.
