Good cheap gaming PC parts

Okay, so instead of me buying an expensive laptop I decided to build my own gaming PC instead. I have watched many videos on how to build them but I do not know if the parts they use are good so can you guys send me ALL the BEST and cheapest parts to include in a gaming PC. Please include the link. Thank You!

good and cheap usually don't go together very well when speaking of gaming. but i am sure we can help you get the best for your money if you can give a budget to work with as well as the needed parts. do you already have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, case, a windows key or do you need windows as well and anything else you can think of you may need.

What he meant was value gaming PC. Also we need to know what games, resolution and graphics quality you want to play.

It would crappy if you want a R9 295x2 for farmville or a R7 240 to play Crysis 3 at 4K.

Budget is $400-600 games i would like to play are DoTa 1 & 2 hopefully, Team Fortress 2, and minecraft with shaders mods. Also for school too since my other computer is slow and doesn't have enough space for modifications. But also no i don't have a monitor mouse and keyboard yet so any cheap ones too? Thank you!
