Sorry for no partpicker, its not available in Greece. All parts are to be bought from www.visionstudio.gr. PC is going to be mostly used for gaming and lots of movies(hence the ips screen).
I'm planning on buying a second monitor I've saved some money. I don't have a monitor so I need one, and I'd love to buy a Coolermaster mechanical keyboard that costs 80E from the site so ~1170 euros would the be ideal for the build. Won't need windows, thanks to Microsoft Dreamspark.

you can get a 'non-k' intel cpu as they are much cheaper. The unlocked cores are really only for the enthusiasts, no significant performance difference is visible by overclocking, just a normal i5 would be good to go, that would mean that you no longer need a 'Z' series motherboard so you could opt for a 'H97' one instead which happens to be cheaper as well, also if you dont care about physx, shadowplay or any other things nvidia has to offer than amd 290/290x will give you better performance for the same money

By doing these, you should get your costs down about 100E without having any performance decrease whatsoever! infact, the amd gpu will either give you the same frames or higher

(I apologise i cant provide links as of now its very late here, the information above is rather generic and prices may differ in Greece, i will try to get back to you as soon as possible)

Here is the updated one.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'm not really into overclocking anyways but would love the k for futureproofing. But as you said it's not that an improvement of performance. Wouldn't the 290(x) need a better PSU? Or even some case fans to keep it as silent as possible and cool? Because heat is going to be a problem in the room I'm putting the tower in and silence matters to me aswell! Also added the keyboard to the price
