I have always wanted to play ARMA, and GTA 4 and run LCPDFR and stuff. But i currently have a PS3 and i hear its better to build a gaming PC than to buy one is this true? and I'd like to have some help for Ideal gaming conditions. but i can only pay 450-550 $

Well you have to take into consideration that you need to buy a monitor which is like $100 to $200 and Windows is $100. Any ways the min i would spend on a gaming PC with now monitor just the PC is $800. I would save up because there is no good gaming PC that costs $500.
