Grab the Antec. It is Haswell compatible 100% and sime-modular.

They are both the same quality. Both made by Seasonic. Both VERY good.

No it is not better. It is just Haswell compatible 100% while the XFX is not.

You can use the XFX no problem with Haswell, all you have to do is disable c5/c6 in the BIOS after you build the computer. VERY easy to do.

I would buy the XFX and just disable c6/c7 if it was me. Saves 20pound and gets you an AMAZING quality unit.

You enter the BIOS and change the c6/c7 to disable.

The PC MIGHT shut off at idle, but it is VERY unlikely and generally speaking c6/c7 is disabled from the factory. It should be no issue.

It is VERY easy.

Also I was mistaken, leaving it on will not do anything at all besides use 3-5w more at idle. The computer will not shut off or anything like that. No issue at all. Just buy the XFX and don't even worry about it.
