Best Value 2.5" Large Internal HDD/SSD?

I'm looking to upgrade the internal 5400RPM 500GB drive that is running inside of my PS4 and it accepts drives that are 2.5", either a HDD or SSD. What would be a good value storage drive for it? I'm thinking 2TB would be the minimum considering that the games for the PS4 are between 30-50GB each.

If I go with a HDD what would be better: Seagate, WD or Hitachi? I think that 7200RPM should be good enough as that seems to be a capable speed on my own computer, but there are drives out there which are 10000RPM.

Choose from this list. There are no 2TB SSDs. Nor are there drives at that capacity that spin at >5,900 RPM. Instead choose a large cache size.

I forgot to mention that I live in Australia and $200 for any of those drives you listed aren't very good value. Are there any cheaper alternatives?

No. 2TB in that form factor is insane anyway.

What would you recommend as an alternative to 2TB? If I went with 1TB what would be some good options? I'm guessing that 1TB will be all that I need anyways as I haven't even used up 1TB on my HDD.

One of these. The Hybrid has an SSD-like cache and you pay extra for that. Not sure you'd ever see the performance in your console.

The PS4 doesn't fully take advantage of what SSD's have to offer, so the best one to go for is the SSHDD (Hybrid drive), something like this will suffice:
It's an SSD+HDD, so it has SSD like cache memory with the capacity of a HDD.
BUT this runs at 7,200rpm so it will increase heat output.
