This setup you have a weaker cpu but a much more powerful gpu, which is a tradeoff I would take anyday. The motherboard is also cheaper but should offer roughly same features as the asrock, ram costs a little bit more for a fraction faster (won't be noticeable so could go with other ram). Your build will work just fine, just for that money you could get a better gpu. You could tradeoff less and get a 280/280x maybe.
