I recently purchased an i7-4790k to replace my old i3-4139. I have been playing Skyrim with ENBs and plenty of mods for a while, and I wanted to know if I could smoothly run Skyrim with an ENB and some mods (60+FPS) at 1080p after I install my new CPU. I currently have a GTX660. Thanks!

The gtx 660 is the bottleneck here. Although it depends on the ENB. Realvision enb will destroy alot of cards unless they're higher end.

Although if you try sharpshooters enb you'll handle it well. I have about 20 graphics mods (such as textures and weather) plus the performance version of the realvision enb and I can run skyrim at 60fps with drops to 30-40fps. So you won't be able to run all the enb's but less taxing enb's perfectly.

-good luck
