Final Thoughts on My Build before i order

CPU: What are you going to do with it?
RAM:
1) I don't trust that brand of RAM.
2) You don't need 16 GB if you're not doing video editing.
Storage:
1) Should use bigger SSD...
2) No need for a WD Caviar Black HDD if you can't even afford a 240GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD.
PSU: 850 W isn't necessary. 750W is more than enough for a GTX 970 plus some overclock.

I would advise him to stay with the 850w, maybe he might want to go two of 970s one day.
