strange graphics card problem

Hello guys, recently i bought a graphics card ati 7770 ghz edition (preowned but under warranty) but when i put it on my motherboard and connect 6 pin connector, there are no display on monitor and my key board and mouse are also not working, so i went ati service center they check it infront of me and its working there, now i thik my motherboard is faulty so i bought new motherboard but again same problem occurred. So please help me.
Here are my system spac.
i5 2400 cpu
8gb corsair ddr3 ram
500gb wd green hdd
Ati 7770 ghz edition
Antac vp550 v2 psu

are you plugging in the cords correctly? lol.. it's a problem i had are you plugging in hopefully an hdmi cord to your monitor to your gpu itself and not your motherboard? it's not the motherboard or the gpu clearly. what i would do because 550w is perfectly fine for that build it's more than enough is i'd pull out the gpu and then plug in the hdmi cord into your motherboard and use the onboard graphics in the i5 and then wire that to your monitor and see if that works. if that works then i really don't know what to say lol..

Yes on board graphics is working fine hdmi is also not working and i have checked another graphics card Nvidia gtx 560ti and it's also working fine. I checked ecery cord. Everthing is okay but ati card isn't working, i don't have much knowledge about hardwares.
