Does anyone else have these specs?

FX 8350
Evga SC ACX 2.0 gtx 970
MSI 970A-G46

I ask this because I have this same build and have run into issue after issue after switching out my HD 7870 for the GTX 970. I get frame stuttering constantly no matter what settings, no matter what game, even if it's a 2d game. I've tried the GPU in a different motherboard with an intel CPU with my RAM and PSU and the GPU worked perfect. Put my 7870 back in my PC, it worked perfect. Put the 970 back in my PC, it stutters. I've already posted 3 other threads trying to fix the issue and have come to no luck. I've given up on trying to fix it and come here one last time to see if anyone else has problems with this same build.

Try these steps:

Uninstall all AMD software and drivers for the 7870
Run CCleaner to remove all traces
Turn off computer and change to the 970
Turn on the computer and install the latest driver from nVidia

It's very possible that there are traces of the drivers for the 7870 and it's messing up the 970. Also, be sure to go to the MSI website and get all the latest drivers for you motherboard.

You can find the main "help" forum here. It shows everything that I've done so far and all of the progress that has been made.
The motherboard is completley fine. All other cards work in it. I've tried an HD 5870, my HD 7870 my old 8800gt an HD 6450 and each card works the way it is supposed to. And I know it's not the 970 card itself because it worked in my friends PC with an i7 3770s (I don't know why he got the "S" version) we can't tell what his motherboard is, it's some generic board he bought off of eBay but my card worked fine in it. And about the driver issue, I've already manually uninstalled everything and cleaned up the registry. Nothing happened to performance. I'm pretty sure that I got everything off of there, I spent an entire day of working on that. And is CCleaner verified? Is it adware? I am very sketchy about using third party software, or software I haven't heard of before.

So its a combination of your mobo and the gtx970 that causes the problem?

edit - Post your complete and detailed build.

Download HWInfo and run Sensors. Post the results - usually 3 screenshots in TinyPic or similar - to see how your voltages, clocks etc are.

Sorry I was posting the first photo and then the second. I updated it.
Edit: CPU is OCed a bit because it gives a few more frames. Putting it to stock clocks does nothing to help performance.

Your GPU is running at 60C which isn't too bad. Everything else looks fine. AMD mobos don't always report everything though. From bios or your mobos uefi software (click bios II) can you get and post the readings for the PSU 12v, 5v and 3.3v rail voltages.

But that doesn't make sense. I used the same PSU and RAM in my friends i7 PC with the 970 card and everything was perfect. Also, I have been using that ram since I built this PC and haven't has any problems with it until my GPU upgrade. I wouldn't think a new GPU would affect it.
