can i run it?
My Processor - Intel Core i3 3210 (3.2Ghz).

My Graphic Card - ZOTAC Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 1GB GDDR5 Synergy Edition.

My Ram - 4GB (4.00GB Usable)

My Operating System - Windows 7 64Bit

Probably can, but framerate is something else. You have a nice system there, but ubisoft is not good at PC optimization. ACU has crazy performance issues even on high end systems and the texture quality is ugly on anything but ultra settings. Your experience might be underwhelming. Keep an eye out for fixes/patches. You have a better chance with FC4. Low settings mean an as small as 720p resolution, right?

by the way when you run the game make sure you have your internet off (ubisoft gliches mean you get double the frame rate by having the internet off

Personally I would not buy the game with your rig, just not worth the money.
Better to wait awhile to see if the patches improve it because chances are your gameplay will be terrible.

Your ram is the least of your problems.
I'm afraid if you would choose to upgrade your system you would have to get the whole package since you can't upgrade the gpu by much without encountering serious cpu bottlenecks.

For this resolution,even low settings wont help because of your poor RAM, it needs MINIMUM 6 GB. Best solution is to put in lowest resolution in ultra settings. I experimented on FC4. It works like a charm.
