Can I run AC Unity,GTA 5 and FC4 with these specs:-
Intel Pentium dual core D G645 @ 2.9ghz
Sapphire HD7950 3GB GDDR5 with Boost Graphic Card
6gb RAM DDR3(it's actually 4gb and 2gb- I have two ram and it shows 6 GB in the system info)

Solution
Uhm, i suggest you to pick an i5 ivy Quad Core ($180-$240 depend on model) instead of i3-3220 (around $150 newegg). I think its worth, around $30-$60 more, but you get Quad Core, higher cache - which will benefit a lot in gaming!

Uhm, first, i want to say, "i guess" running two non-identical RAMs would cause a problem - i mean, when one has higher clock, the other one will catch it harder. I dunno how's the capacity affect it, just speculation.
My suggestion, If you want to play recent games - even in low setting, leave most of your system remains, get an i5 and swap the 2gigs with 4gigs(same type/model)RAM. So, you don't need to spend much money on your system. OR if you willing to do so, go for crossfire, buy another 7950 and there you go!
Actually, looking at your GPU - which is still great, it would handle most games in 1080p nicely despite your CPU and RAM.

AC uNity is a badly optimised game give it some patches before it is fixed. Right now your system has difficulty to play at ultra with unity. You will have to tone down settings to get playable frame rates.
Far Cry 4 should run fine but I still waiting for the website I use to upload their gaming benchmarks on Far cry 4.

GTA 5 is all speculation. Until the game comes out, you don't have a definite answer.

But your cpu is rather weak for upcoming games.

i3 helps a little but you might as well get an i5 and there won't be any more bottleneck.
