I recently upgraded my psu, ram and gpu.

PSU - Antec HCG 520W
GPU - MSI GTX 760 2GB OC Twin Fangs

I installed the PSU and RAM on sunday and the dell worked. I just installed the GPU and start up worked fine until I was playing Dragon Age Inquisition and it suddenly shut down. Now there's an amber blinking light on the power button. I'm pretty sure I've connected all the cables and the GPU's minimum power supply is 520W.

Do I break my computer or is this fixable?

Solution
First swap back your old video card (or pull the card if you have integrated graphics). If problem goes away then put the card back in, sometimes reseating card fixes things. If fails with card in and works with card out its the card or the PSU. I'd do card first because it is easier than PSU.

Your old PSU will have plenty of power to boot (might not have enough to game). Swap the old one back in and see if it gets you through boot. IF so return the PSU. Note I've swapped PSU for testing without actually removing the old PSU from the case, you can just lean the new PSU on the side of case if wires reach.

Early life fails on electronics are the reason for 'burn in' time, failure rate the first week is very high compared to fail...

edit: almost didn't see you swapped/added ram. Do the re-seat process with the dimms. (take all out, put one in try boot) A partially plugged dimm can cause electric problems that stop post. I'd do memory first of all unless your video card blocks the ram slots.
