the psu is way overkill if you had two powerful gpus then 750w would be appropriate those are not power hungry , no point of 1866mhz ram i would have gone with 1600mhz. if your pc can run bf4 it should be good enough but may lag in the future id give a 6/10

1866 is nearly the same price as 1600 and it is what AMD recommends. 1 r7 265 is about the same power as a console so any new game that is well optimized like as you see by being able to run BF4 at ultra will do fine unlike some recent crap from Ubisoft.
The psu unit will only draw as much power as it needs and it is never a bad idea to have more than enough.

No reason to worry about lag! have fun gaming :)

Graphics cards - I always advocate a single powerful card over a pair of less powerful cards. At least when you come up against a game which doesn't support dual cards you don't lose performance. I'd have went with a R9-280x or R9-290.

Power supply - I do hope it's not the Silent PRO, I had one of those, it was c**p. Also, yours allows for expansion (it's bigger than it needs to be for your system, but that's not always bad).

Storage Hard drive - you don't have one, get one. Also, use it as a backup location for your SSD. I've had 2 SSDs go on me, one failed, the other panic locked. If it wasn't for backups I'd have lost everything from the drives.
