Need help, CPU not showing correct clock speed

hey guys i just upgraded my cpu from a amd fx-6100 to a AMD FX-8350 Black Edition. It is telling my my clock speed is 2.81 ghz . i have a GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2 motherboard

Usually under advanced chipset options in BIOS I think, but I just took a look at the picture you posted earlier and your clock ratio is at 2800MHz auto for some reason (I'm guessing the 95w TDP motherboard). Try to run a stress test and see if it boosts and then you could manually set the clock ratio to that speed.

If you go into BIOS and disable Cool 'n' Quiet and C1E, does your processor run at full speed?
