Best CPU match?

hi guys

i have Sapphire radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5
and Core 2 Duo E6300 1.86Ghz

and while i play games like BF3 on ultra, i get 20 FPS, CPU usage is 100%, GPU usage 20-50%

What is the best CPU for this graphics card? to run both at 100%?
Only Core 2 Duo - Core 2 Quad - i3

Also what is best RAM match?

The answers you want are in your motherboard book. If you don't want to spend a lot of money buying a new motherboard and operating system then look up the supported cpu's and pick a faster one. Just compare pricing to make sure an upgrade is just as inexpensive. You can see how much ram your motherboard your system supports as well.

Are you looking to what would be the best CPU for that motherboard socket? (LGA 775) If that is the case, then the Core 2 Quad Q9550 would probably be your best bet. But the issue there is knowing if your motherboard can support it, and actually finding one. My suggestion would be to upgrade to a simple H97 board and an i3. These three here would do you well with that video card:
