Graphic cards for an ASUS P8Z77-V LX

Solution
The PSU drives it more than the board since it limits how powerful a card you can get GTX750Ti would be good on your PSU. The board can run any card on the market.

That basically answers the question.

Curiosity:

Does the RAM and processor speed not matter when picking out a GPU?

CPU can since if inferior it can hold back the GPU and not let it run at its full potential. Ram speed on the other hand has very little affect on overall gaming performance amount of installed ram can affect. Pretty much if you have 8GB on 64bit OS you will have plenty though.
