If you want to rip someone off, maybe.
But anyone who is ready to pay ~$800 for a used PC probably has a little bit of a clue, and will not want a 2 year old build for that price.

It is only 'worth' what someone else will pay you for it.
Technology changes. PC's depreciate fast. $1400 2 years ago is $600 today.

You may think of it as 'your baby', but to anyone else, it's just a box of parts.
